Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience supporting and administering enterprise financial systems with ERP and procurement platform administration
• Demonstrated success designing and managing enterprise integrations using APIs, EDI, SFTP, and related technologies
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue recognition, month-end close, consolidations, and multi-currency environments
• Exceptional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for complex data, system, and integration issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate across finance, technology, and business teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of enterprise financial systems (ERP and spend management).
• Design, build, monitor, and support automated integrations between financial systems, procurement tools, banking platforms, and other enterprise apps.
• Act as escalation point for complex system issues, integration failures, and data synchronization challenges; partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Ensure financial systems and integrations comply with SOX, ITGC, and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Revenue Ops, and Tech teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and streamline core financial processes, including month-end close.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for continuity and knowledge sharing.
