Job summary

Littler is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to support and administer key financial systems. The role requires a deep knowledge of enterprise management software focused on finance and a proactive approach to solving support issues.

The position is hybrid and can be based in Chicago, Kansas City, Minneapolis or San Francisco. The salary range shown reflects California/Illinois/Minnesota parity with eligibility for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems and IT processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep current on trends in enterprise-class EPM technologies to inform roadmaps and support approaches.
• Identify proofs of concept to support modernization.
• Implement process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs.
• Maintain Finance application inventory and roadmaps reflecting current strategies and minimize overlap.
• Create Business Requirement Documents based on user needs vs. system capabilities.
• Ensure documentation is updated at regular intervals and accessible.
