Job summary

Littler is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to support and administer key financial systems with a focus on enterprise management software for finance. This hybrid role can be filled from Chicago, IL, Kansas City, MO, Minneapolis, MN or San Francisco, CA.

The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of related experience, strong SQL Server skills, and familiarity with Elite Enterprise or 3E. The position offers generous compensation and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, etc.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters Elite Enterprise or 3E preferred.
• Experience with other legal applications preferred - IntApp products, Concur, ARCS, FAS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Keep current on trends across enterprise-class EPM technologies to inform roadmaps and support approaches.
• Identify proofs of concept to support application and platform modernization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs.
• Maintain Finance application inventory and roadmaps reflecting current strategies.
• Create Business Requirement Documents based on user needs vs. system capabilities.
• Ensure documentation is updated at regular intervals.
• Optimize user experience through system design.
• Develop system integrations bridging business processes and systems.
• Drive and participate in development, design, testing and implementation of medium to large software projects.
• Support and maintain existing financial system architecture (backend and desktop).
• Coordinate break/fixes/patches and support enhancements.
• Participate in monthly financial close/reporting procedures.
