Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of financial or accounting systems experience in the legal industry.
• Proven experience with core financial software applications such as Elite 3E, Intapp Time, and Emburse Enterprise.
• In-depth experience with Boomi integrations, APIs, SQL, and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the firm's financial management platforms.
• Oversee the technical aspects and processes of implementing new systems related to Finance and Accounting.
• Develop, document, and execute validation plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for financial systems, upgrades, integrations, reports, and configuration changes.
• Lead UAT activities and coordinate validation efforts with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure system changes meet business requirements and comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and business objectives.
• Document test results, defects, remediation activities, and final approvals for production deployment.
• Provide escalated technical support to users of financial applications.
