Job summary

Littler seeks a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to support and administer key financial systems across multiple locations. Hybrid role available in Chicago, Kansas City, Minneapolis or San Francisco, with a strong emphasis on finance processes and system integration.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise finance systems, advanced SQL skills, and experience with典 Thomson Reuters Elite Enterprise or 3E. Collaboration with vendors and cross‑functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, etc.
• Familiar with all tiers of system architecture: presentation, application, data.
• Experience defining, implementing and supporting software and hardware requirements.
• Ability to monitor system performance metrics.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters Elite Enterprise or 3E preferred.
• Experience with other legal applications preferred (IntApp, Concur, ARCS, FAS).
• Experience with support and workflow management tools (ServiceNow).
• Strong troubleshooting including root cause analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Keep current on industry trends to inform roadmaps and support approaches.
• Identify proofs of concept for modernization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs.
• Maintain Finance application inventory and roadmaps.
• Create business requirement documents; update regularly.
• Optimize user experience through system design.
• Develop system integrations bridging business processes and systems.
• Lead medium to large software projects with cross-department collaboration.
• Support and maintain existing financial system architecture and processes.
• Coordinate break/fixes/patches and enhancements.
• Participate in monthly close/reporting procedures.
