The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will work with the Financial Systems team and internal partners to build and maintain financial reports for multiple finance and accounting teams using SmartView and Financial Reporting Studio. These reports will be utilized across the entire EPM environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with report writing in Oracle SmartView, Financial Reporting Systems (FRS), Alteryx, and Tableau. The role requires strong technical skills, organizational abilities, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Interact effectively with internal resources at all organizational levels.
2. Create, modify, and troubleshoot reports based on requirements.
3. Analyze legacy reports and collaborate with business leads to convert them to SmartView reports.
4. Support and resolve issues with existing SmartView reports.
5. Assess reporting requirements to determine the most suitable reporting tool (SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, Alteryx, Tableau).
6. Build reports presenting data from Oracle EPM technologies (EPBCS, ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS).
7. Design and develop new reports leveraging strong report-building experience.
8. Collaborate with Finance and other teams to understand and enhance report requirements.
9. Deeply understand metadata, dimensions, and their interrelationships.
10. Possess clear knowledge of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
11. Develop and execute a reporting roadmap aligned with enterprise needs.
12. Design ad-hoc financial reports as needed to support business objectives.

• Minimum 5 years of report writing experience.
• Functional experience with Alteryx, Essbase, and Tableau.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office within a Windows environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with executive management and business leads.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud products.
• Advanced experience with Oracle EPM Reports (SmartView and FRS).
• Experience implementing accounting systems is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills.
