Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage and enhance internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

Job Overview

This role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred; remote candidates will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as building reports and dashboards, configuring business processes, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing feature adoption, and regression testing new releases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support and improve business processes.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design through post-deployment.
• Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
• Create comprehensive system documentation including designs, requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage system controls in line with reporting, audit, and control objectives.
• Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
• Uphold company values and demonstrate service-oriented interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
• Experience in configuring complex requirements, optimizing workflows, managing integrations, and creating detailed reports.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

Compensation

Relativity offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives. The salary range is $88,000 to $132,000, with final offers based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
