The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

Additional Details

This role reports to the Director of Financial Systems. Candidates should ideally be based in Chicago; remote candidates will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as building reports, dashboards, configuring business processes, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing feature adoption, and testing new releases.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support and optimize business processes.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment.
• Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
• Create comprehensive system documentation, including design, requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage system controls in line with reporting, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Exercise judgment and make independent decisions.
• Uphold company values through consistent commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
• Experience in configuring complex requirements, optimizing workflows, managing integrations, and developing reports.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

Compensation and Benefits

Relativity offers competitive compensation, including a base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is between $88,000 and $132,000, based on experience and qualifications.
