Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone; respond to inquiries and resolve issues; assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance inquiries.
• Maintain the three-ring standard by ensuring timely phones and greet clients entering the office.
• Lead and coach team members; collaborate with HR on staffing, compensation, and training; manage performance processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations; monitor risk and report violations.
