SmartBank is hiring a Senior Financial Services Representative to deliver high‑touch banking with a client‑focused mindset. You will handle deposits, payments, and complex transactions while maintaining the bank's standards for service and integrity.

The role requires strong math, communication, and team collaboration. Daily duties include lobby reception, product cross‑selling, and adherence to regulatory guidelines to support community banking goals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cash handling.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Six months banking experience incl. new account opening.
• General accounting knowledge (debits/credits).
• Ability to cross-sell banking products.
• Windows suite proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong math skills.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Detail oriented and team oriented.
• High integrity and regular attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service meeting client needs.
• Enhance SmartBank's image with proactive service.
• Process complex financial transactions for clients.
• Lobby management: greet clients, hospitality, refreshments.
• Receive deposits/payments and issue receipts.
• Provide account information; cash checks.
• Process card payments and utility payments.
• Ensure payments are transmitted by daily cut-off.
• Comply with banking laws and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
