Teachers Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Financial Services Representative to engage members in person and virtually, growing the member base and supporting Consumer, Small Business, and Lending services.

In this role you will manage a book of business, build lasting relationships, and provide tailored financial recommendations while upholding risk controls and compliance. A notary commission is required within four months of start date.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED. Bachelor’s in Business considered in lieu of experience.
• Two years branch experience and two years general work experience required.
• Notary commission within four months or ability to obtain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM tools including Salesforce required.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumer and small business members to assess current and future financial needs.
• Build relationships, tailor product and service recommendations, and meet with members in person and by phone.
• Lead risk management, adhere to policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enhance sales skills and product knowledge to improve branch profitability.
• Partner with specialists to connect members with experts for specialized needs.
• Travel between branches within the local area to support markets.
