Teachers Federal Credit Union in Farmingville, NY seeks a Senior Financial Services Representative to engage members in person and virtually, manage a book of business, and offer Consumer, Small Business and Lending services to drive revenue.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years of branch experience, CRM/Salesforce proficiency, and notary commission within four months. Travel to nearby branches may be required, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required
• Minimum of two years branch experience required
• Minimum two years of general work experience, customer service, call center, or sales experience required
• Commissioned notary or can obtain notary commission within four months of starting
• Proficient in CRM tools including Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Serve consumer and small business members by proactively engaging members to understand and help with their current and future financial needs
• Manage assigned members and proactively meet with them - in person and over the phone - to build lasting relationships, discover financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations
• Lead risk management by adhering to policies, procedures and controls and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Maximize team profitability by enhancing sales skills and product knowledge in the branch and participating in campaigns
• Partner with specialists to connect members to experts for specialized financial needs
• Build new member relationships and interpret data to make effective decisions
• Travel between branches in assigned local area and support assigned market
• Support Small Business and Premier members as needed
• Mentor new representatives as required
