Job summary

CDW LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting to join our Finance organization. You will research US GAAP and SEC reporting, assist with the implementation of new standards, and support preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings.

Collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury, Legal, and FP&A to ensure accurate disclosures; prepare 10-Q/10-K, MD&A, and related footnotes; ensure internal controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Active CPA license required.
• Public/industry accounting experience is preferred (Big 4 a plus).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules.

Responsibilities

• Research US GAAP/SEC rules and document accounting for complex issues.
• Review material revenue contracts for ASC 606 recognition.
• Prepare Form 10-Q and Form 10-K and related disclosures.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting.
• Support external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit.
