Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to lead the finance team in delivering accurate SEC filings, including Form 10-Q and 10-K, and investor relations materials. You will drive process improvements, ensure SOX controls, and provide senior leadership with insightful reporting and analyses.

In this role you will mentor staff, coordinate with Investor Relations, Treasury, Legal and Corporate Accounting, and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close cycles, delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred or active CPA license.
• 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules; experience with SEC reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance management and development.
• Lead the preparation and filing of Form 10-Q and Form 10-K with the SEC.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and disclosures; review MD&A sections.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Accounting.
• Maintain internal controls in support of SOX compliance and lead impairment analyses.
