Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Accounting Advisory to lead a team delivering accounting and reporting advisory for complex transactions, driving US GAAP compliance and policy integrity.

You will collaborate with sales, finance leadership, and external auditors to navigate complex events, support SEC reporting, and advance finance transformation initiatives with a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for maintaining global accounting policies and providing accounting and reporting advisory support to the business on complex transactions.
• Provide accounting and transaction advisory support to the organization by helping the business navigate complex transactions and events.
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger analysis.
• Monitor FASB and SEC developments and oversee impact assessments of accounting policies.
