Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to lead the financial reporting function within a dynamic finance organization. This role drives timely SEC filings, MD&A review, and disclosure improvements while guiding a skilled team.

You will provide analytical support to executive leadership and collaborate across Investor Relations, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Accounting to ensure high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 5+ years of finance experience.
• Active CPA license required.
• Public/industry accounting experience; Big 4 a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Experience with SEC reporting and filings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance, coaching, and development.
• Manage monthly/quarterly reporting deadlines and task prioritization.
• Lead Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings with the SEC and related MD&A review.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and disclosures.
• Develop new SEC disclosures in response to rules and standards.
• Ensure SOX controls and process improvements.
• Support investor relations with accurate public materials.
