Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced accounting professional to own major SEC filings, quarterly earnings, and executive reporting. You will oversee stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718 and coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and auditors to ensure accurate disclosures.

Required is a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 4+ years in accounting or auditing, U.S. GAAP proficiency, and strong Excel skills; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• CPA license strongly preferred; public accounting/external reporting experience valued.
• Advanced Excel and Workiva experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own significant sections of SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and related documentation.
• Lead preparation of schedules for quarterly earnings, investor relations materials, and executive reporting.
• Oversee stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718, including forecasting and disclosures.
• Prepare basic and diluted EPS calculations and related disclosures.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, IR, Legal, HR and auditors to ensure consistency.
