Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Financial Analyst to own external reporting and core technical accounting activities. This role partners with Investor Relations, Legal, HR and auditors in a fast-paced public-company environment.

You will manage SEC filings, earnings-related disclosures and stock-based compensation accounting, delivering accurate entries, memos and control actions while driving process improvements across the SOX framework and reporting cycles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred and public-company reporting experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex SEC disclosures and cross-functional delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own significant sections of Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K and SEC filings.
• Lead schedules for quarterly earnings, investor decks and executive reporting.
• Account for stock-based compensation under ASC 718 including forecasting and disclosures.
