Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Finance ERP Senior Analyst in Columbus, OH to support the financial close process and design system configurations. You will partner with IT and finance teams to prioritize and implement solutions for external and statutory reporting.

You will own the Finance ERP product, drive improvements, and shape the future of PeopleSoft Finance within an agile environment, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Understanding of intercompany and foreign currency accounting in a retail environment.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Finance ERP close process and support timely close activities.
• Partner with IT to enhance and maintain Finance ERP and GL accuracy.
• Serve as product owner of the Finance ERP application and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Shape future-state design of PeopleSoft Finance and any future accounting systems in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to analyze issues, troubleshoot errors, and validate fixes.
• Strengthen internal controls supporting financial close and reporting.
