Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Accounting Systems at its Global Home Office in Columbus, OH. You will connect finance, accounting, merchandising, and technology to evolve Oracle configurations and financial flows.

You will partner with IT and business teams to ensure accurate representation of merchandise transactions in the financial statements and support scalable growth across selling channels and operating models.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Information systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• Understanding of inventory and/or intercompany accounting, preferably within a retail environment
• Strong planning, project management, communication, and analytical skills; experience with agile development is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Translate new business developments into scalable accounting system requirements and financial flows
• Partner with IT to maintain Oracle merchandising system configuration and GL mapping
• Assess accounting impacts of new selling channels and merchandise initiatives early
• Collaborate with technical teams to perform ad-hoc analysis and troubleshoot issues
• Shape future-state design of accounting systems in an agile environment
• Maintain internal controls for merchandise transactions and financial reporting
• Develop deep knowledge of merchandise accounting and systems
