The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of accounting experience, plus strong Excel skills, and proven ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required; four+ years financial accounting experience.
• Public accounting or financial reporting experience is required (minimum 2 years).
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency; strong presentation, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting functions with a high level of complexity, including timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct monthly financial analysis, reconciliations, and prepare audit schedules.
• Support financial statements and implement improvements while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Provide research and analysis to inform management decisions and recommendations.
