Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, Corporate Office - Boston, MA
TheSenior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst supports the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis on the company’s portfolio of real estate holdings including the review and assessment of the individual properties’ performance, including the local and regional economic/market factors and developments that are judged to impact their performance, portfolio performance, preparing valuations, and other miscellaneous financial analysis relating to the properties. In addition, the Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will recommend efficient measures to analyze portfolio data, streamline reporting and analysis within the portfolio.
Supervision Received: Reports to Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
