Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Quantitative Analysis to join its global finance function. Hybrid work in New York City or Los Angeles, with exposure to high-profile corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, IPOs, SPACs, and capital markets.

You will develop and refine sophisticated financial models, build capitalization tables, partner with deal teams, explain assumptions to senior stakeholders, mentor analysts, and manage multiple transaction-driven priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with transaction modeling, equity capitalization, ownership analysis, or complex financial scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills to explain analyses to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sophisticated financial models supporting M&A, private equity, capital markets, venture financings, IPOs, and SPAC-related transactions.
• Build capitalization tables, liquidation waterfalls, merger consideration analyses, voting models, and ownership models.
• Partner closely with deal teams to deliver accurate, client-ready financial analyses under tight deadlines.
• Explain modeling assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions to senior stakeholders and external clients.
• Contribute to training initiatives, develop technical reference materials, and mentor fellow analysts.
• Manage multiple transaction-related assignments in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
