You will collaborate with deal teams to deliver client-ready analysis.

The role involves building proforma capitalizations, liquidation waterfalls, merger spreadsheets, voting models, and IPO ownership analyses with a hybrid/in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to interact across levels of the firm.
• Ability to work independently researching, analyzing, and developing financial information.

Responsibilities

• Produce and refine client-ready financial models and communicate analysis to partners, associates, and clients.
• Advise deal teams and clients based on analyses and question data, methodologies, and assumptions.
• Participate in learning sessions on quantitative analysis and financial modelling for lawyers.
