Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG at Tinker AFB, OK, handling complex DoD budgeting and expenditure planning. This role requires navigating PPBE processes, PMA analyses, and PMB baselines while coordinating across government and contractor teams.

The ideal candidate brings SECRET clearance with possible TS/SCI and 15+ years of DoD finance experience or 10+ with a Master’s, plus SAP/SCI exposure. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with potential TS/SCI access or support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business/finance with 15+ years DoD/government experience.
• Master’s Degree in business/finance with 10+ years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of PPBE; funds management and control.
• Develop financial baselines, budget docs, and expenditure forecasting for acquisition programs.
• Assist in acquisition program information, conduct budget analysis, and prepare briefings.
• Reconcile accounting data, produce status reports, and prepare program reviews.
• Provide PMA analysis across budgeting and execution tasks.
• Plan acquisition strategies, PMBs, and pre-/post-award documents; track milestones.
• Research funds reconciliation using DoD databases (WAW, ABSS, CCaRS, CRIS, DTS, FMSuite).
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis support.
• Coordinate audits by DCAA and other agencies.
• Support contract reconciliation and closeout activities.
• Interpret DoD and DFAS guidelines for finance and accounting.
