Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK.

You will provide financial planning, budgeting, and execution support across the PPBE process, ensuring funds control and accurate reporting for acquisition programs. The role requires active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in business, finance, or economics, plus extensive DoD experience and SAP/SCI exposure, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with potential to obtain TS/SCI and SAP access
• 15+ years of DoD/government contracting experience
• SAP/SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process; funds management, status, and control.
• Develop financial baselines and budget documentation; forecast obligations and expenditures.
• Prepare and present briefings; support acquisition program information.
• Reconcile accounting data and prepare program reviews; manage unliquidated obligations.
• Conduct PMA analysis and manage budgeting and execution tasks for PMA funds.
• Plan acquisition strategies; track milestones; maintain databases and KPIs.
• Research funds reconciliation using government databases (WAWF, ABSS, CCaRS, CRIS, DTS, FMSuite).
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis; coordinate audits by DCAA and other agencies.
• Assist in contract reconciliation and closeout; interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines.
