Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG programs at Tinker AFB. The role requires active DoD clearance, extensive DoD budgeting, and experience with acquisition programs in a SAP/SCI environment.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
• Proven experience with DoD budgeting and financial management
• Experience with SAP/SCI environments is preferred
• Strong analytical and briefing skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for PPBE process, funds management, and funds control using accounting/finance systems
• Develop financial baselines and budget documentation; forecast obligations and expenditures for acquisition programs
• Prepare acquisition program information, conduct budget/financial analysis, coordinate with stakeholders, and present briefings
• Reconcile accounting data, generate status reports, and support program reviews and unliquidated obligations
• Perform EVMS/schedule analysis and support audits by DCAA and other government agencies
• Support contract reconciliation, closeout efforts, and ensure compliance with DoD/DFAS guidelines
