Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.
• Experience leading accounting or finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience coordinating audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting and administrative team, fostering accountability and accuracy.
• Oversee month-end close, financial statement prep, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage financial reporting and provide meaningful analysis for business decisions.
• Oversee treasury activities, banking relationships and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and financial compliance activities.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive growth.
• Advise executive leadership with financial insights and strategic guidance.
