Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is required.
• Significant accounting and financial leadership experience at Controller level.
• Strong command of GAAP, internal controls, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Establish policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee inventory accounting for manufactured and distributed products.
• Lead the accounting team and supervise accounts payable and payroll.
• Manage external audits and annual financial reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning.
• Prepare bank covenant reporting and support revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with leadership and manage investor communications.
