Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience, including Controllership responsibilities.
• Strong experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, general ledger activities, reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve accounting procedures and internal controls for reliable financial reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring compliance with policies and reporting requirements.
• Oversee inventory accounting and control processes, including physical inventories and reporting.
• Prepare forecasts, financial analyses, and management reporting to support decision-making.
