Job summary

CFS seeks a strategic Controller to own the financial operations and reporting, partnering with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and key business decisions. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience owning the full month-end close process.
• Experience in inventory accounting and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis
• Oversee wholesale accounts receivable, retailer deductions, remittance reconciliations, and cash application processes
• Manage accounts payable operations, vendor relationships, and payment processes across domestic and international suppliers
• Lead inventory accounting, COGS reporting, inventory reconciliations, and gross margin analysis
• Serve as the accounting lead for ERP systems, reporting enhancements, and process improvements
• Manage accounting staff and support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional financial initiatives
