CRC Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst I to support complex accounting, close processes, and financial reporting. You will lead workstreams, review statements, and coach junior staff while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and efficiency.

The role requires 5–7 years of accounting experience, a CPA‑path preferred, and advanced Excel with ERP familiarity. Regular shift in the United States, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive accounting experience with ownership of complex activities.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional deliverables.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/financial systems experience.

• Lead accounting workstreams for accurate reporting and controls.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reconciliations.
• Evaluate complex accounting issues and recommend solutions.
• Document procedures to improve efficiency and audit readiness.

• Translate findings into clear updates for leadership.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with high-quality support.
