Reporting to the CFO, you will drive the monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance, and lead budgeting and process improvements. Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely monthly and quarterly close, prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and estimates with GAAP compliance.
• Financial Insight and Analysis: Analyze monthly results, variances, margins, and operational metrics to support forecasting.
• Internal Controls, Compliance and Risk: Maintain internal control environment, ensure policy compliance, support SOX and audits.
• Business Partnership, Process and Scalability: Partner with operations leaders, drive process improvements, standardize procedures for growth.
