Brown & Brown, Inc. in Southborough, MA, seeks an Analyst to join the Employee Benefits Consulting team.

You will support client engagements, perform data and financial analytics, and assist with RFPs, renewals, and communications to ensure compliance and clear reporting. You will collaborate with teammates, stay current on industry trends, and deliver excellent service to clients while developing surveys and benchmarking materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required) and relevant industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for projects and client engagements.
• Perform data & financial analytics, including monthly financial reports and initial budget underwriting for less complex clients; seek and document peer review on all work.
• Coordinate the activities of RFPs, implementations, and renewals; develop and present results comparisons for presentation to clients.
• Assist in the review of internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, summary plan documents, and employee communications to ensure alignment with client expectations, legal requirements, and documentation with clients’ vendors where appropriate.
• Participate in client calls and meetings as appropriate and ensures documentation of call notes and follow-ups.
• Remain current on industry trends and information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Promote teamwork, support, and a positive attitude in the office and with other teammates.
