Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years relevant application experience required.
• Experience in law firms or financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and maintenance to finance and reporting applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and perform advanced testing.
• Escalate to vendors when needed and manage activities until issues are resolved.
• Review incident history and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for all work functions and support ad hoc reporting.
• Participate in mid-month and month-end processes and support new or enhanced systems.
