Job summary

Holland & Knight in Tampa, FL seeks a Financial Business Intelligence Senior Developer to design and deliver BI reports using SSRS and manage data in SQL Server environments. You will cleanse, query, migrate data and support Attorney Practices with analytical insights.

You will collaborate with teams, develop dashboards for Practice Groups, and guide junior BI developers while ensuring data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; 7–10 years of SQL Server development experience including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and ETL processes; strong data cleansing and migration skills.
• Multidimensional OLAP knowledge is preferred; Microsoft Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and views to support reporting.
• Design and develop dashboards for Attorney Practice Groups.
• Acquire and abstract data from internal/external sources.
• Perform ad hoc queries and develop reports using SSRS.
• Maintain databases and data systems for projects and department needs.
• Provide guidance to junior BI developers and interpret data to inform decisions.
