Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and maintenance to finance and reporting applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and manage vendor escalation if needed.
• Prepare detailed documentation and support ad hoc reporting.
• Participate in mid-month and month-end processes and ensure QA of changes.
• Maintain regular, predictable work hours and support business needs.
