International Motors, LLC in Lisle, IL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own FP&A for the Used Truck Organization, partnering with Accounting, Sales, Operations and field managers to explain performance and guide decisions.

You will lead budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and financial modeling; analyze monthly results, forecast trade-in volumes/prices, and present clear recommendations to leadership.

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; connect operating assumptions to results.
• Translate complex financial data into concise explanations for diverse audiences.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working proficiency in Word.

• Own budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for 5- and 10-year horizons for sales COGS and inventory.
• Coordinate inputs, maintain financial models, and validate assumptions with Controller and leaders.
• Analyze monthly results against budget/forecast; explain drivers, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Forecast trade-in volumes, receipt timing, and values with Pricing teams; explain variances.
• Assess impact of inventory mix, channels, pricing and market conditions; run scenarios.
• Prepare and present financial reports and leadership presentations; explain results and implications.
• Validate financial and operating data with Accounting/Operations; investigate discrepancies.
• Improve recurring models and reporting; pursue automation and AI tool usage.
