Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in finance or accounting.
• Master's degree with 1+ year in finance or accounting.
• Or 5+ years in finance and general accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for 5- and 10-year horizons.
• Coordinate inputs, maintain financial models, validate assumptions with leaders.
• Analyze monthly results; explain drivers, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Forecast trade-in volumes/values with Pricing teams; explain variances.
• Assess impact of inventory mix, channels, pricing, and market conditions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and leadership presentations.
• Validate data with Accounting/Operations; maintain report consistency.
• Improve models and reporting with automation and AI tools.
