Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Sales Finance and Sales teams for Dollar General and Value. You will translate performance results, pricing and promotional activity, and customer investments into clear financial insights and recommendations.

The role is ideal for someone curious and proactive, with strong analytical and modeling skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to build trust across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, Sales Finance, Revenue Management, FP&A, or related area.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Clear communication skills and ability to turn insights into action.
• Proactive mindset to identify opportunities and improve processes.
• Strong collaboration skills across functions.
• CPG, customer finance, trade promotion, or commercial finance experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, TPM/Compass or similar reporting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Finance and Sales to support financial planning and performance analysis.
• Analyze pricing, trade promotions, and customer investment activity.
• Build and enhance models, reporting, and insights for visibility of performance and ROI.
• Support planning, forecasting, and business reviews by identifying variances and opportunities.
• Maintain tracking for customer plans with visibility of expected vs actual ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage financial routines and deliverables.
• Support exception and incremental funding requests through analysis.
• Develop ad hoc analyses to help leaders understand risks and actions.
