Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for AFH&I to lead revenue management reporting and strategic pricing initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You will own the P&L for AFH&I and provide data-driven insights to optimize profitability across the BU.

The role requires a BA/BS in a quantitative field, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Tableau/PowerBI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of PnL, pricing, and mix management.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Tableau/PowerBI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead AFH&I revenue management reporting and routines for the BU.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to drive business decisions.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Ops.
• Ensure end-to-end data validity and concise executive summaries.
• Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
