Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking an Analyst, BU Sales & Strategy to enable category growth and deliver actionable selling stories. You will analyze sales performance, support the Annual Operating Plan, and assist launches with forecasting and performance tracking.

You'll leverage multiple data sources to prepare insights, reports, and presentations for the category team, and contribute to pricing, distribution, shelving, and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in business, sales, data analytics, retail or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Accurate and timely reporting with drive to improve processes.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, distribution and merchandising to support BU Sales routines.
• Assist in developing and executing the Annual Operating Plan with the Sales team.
• Support launches through sell-in, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Contribute to pricing, distribution, shelving and merchandising strategies.
• Leverage retail analytics to support category leadership and sell stories.
• Provide analyses from multiple data sources for selling-story development.
• Produce periodic reports and presentations for the category team.
• Coordinate communication of brand initiatives to field sales teams.
• Forecast and track seasonal products.
• Communicate waste-risk management by category.
