Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the Chicago-based FP&A team. You will build complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, focusing on SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and GRR.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to inform pricing, investments, and cost optimization. You will support monthly close, variance analysis, and margin analysis for SaaS products, delivering clear reports and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
7+ years of FP&A or related SaaS experience.
Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, GRR).
Advanced Excel modeling and BI visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
Analyze data, trends and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for senior leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to guide pricing and investments.
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
Support monthly close processes and variance analysis.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and margin analysis for SaaS products.
Drive improvements in financial systems, tools and processes.
