Job summary

AbsenceSoft is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans. You will partner with executives to translate financial data into insights that drive growth and strategic decisions, including direct reporting to the CFO.

The role requires 7–10 years in finance with leadership experience, a SaaS background, and strong Excel and modeling skills. A hybrid work setup with some in-office time at our Denver location is available.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a SaaS enterprise environment preferred.
• Strong FP&A background with budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team; align with company goals and growth.
• Provide financial insights to executives and board-level decision-making, including direct reporting to CFO.
