Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and monitor KPIs in a fast-growing environment.

This role requires building complex models, presenting insights to executives, and identifying automation opportunities to improve forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to create practical solutions.
• Navigate matrix environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work during core PST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Craft and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare reporting to understand key drivers and publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate variances from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance for senior management.
• Identify deviations from targets and provide actionable insights.
• Develop materials for senior leadership presentations and reviews.
• Communicate analysis to facilitate decision-making by management.
• Identify opportunities to automate modeling and improve processes.
