Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior leadership to build budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and monitor KPIs in a fast-growing global environment.

The role requires 6+ years in finance, advanced modeling, and strong communication. You will develop dashboards, support automation, and present insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as a business partner.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills for evolving forecasting needs.
• Ability to navigate matrix environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to collaborate during core PST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Craft, build and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis and publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate variances from forecasts.
• Support development of financial models and metrics for senior management.
• Assess deviations from key metric targets and provide insights to leaders.
• Develop materials and metrics for senior management presentations.
• Create presentations that communicate analyses and facilitate decisions.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
