Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within the Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track KPIs while adapting to evolving business initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

The role supports the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting across product lines and global markets.

Qualifications

• Progressive finance experience with strong modeling.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives.
• Experience with dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Experience collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Craft, build and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand key drivers and variances; maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis; investigate period-over-period fluctuation and variation from forecasts.
• Support design and development of financial models and metrics to measure performance and predict future activity.
• Assess deviations from key metric targets and provide insight to leaders.
• Develop materials for senior management presentations and reviews.
• Develop presentations that communicate analyses for decision-making by senior management.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
