Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive critical financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within our fast-paced Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track performance metrics in a rapidly growing environment.

Reporting to the FP&A team, you will build budgets, develop dashboards, conduct variance analysis, and design financial models to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models, conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, and performing scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as an effective business partner across all departments.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to translate numerical data into clear business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to seamlessly collaborate during core PST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Craft, build and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to help understand key drivers and variances; maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis; investigate period-over-period fluctuations and variation from forecasts.
• Support design and development of financial models and metrics to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Assess deviations from key metric targets and provide insights to leaders.
• Develop materials and metrics for senior management presentations and reviews.
• Develop presentations that communicate analysis and aid decision-making for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
