BOLD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead critical financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within its Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track core metrics in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

You’ll manage forecasting models, publish dashboards, and develop presentations for executives. Strong Excel, NetSuite, PowerPoint and collaboration during PST hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Experience building complex financial models and performing scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as a business partner.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; translate data into insights.
• Able to navigate matrix environments, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work during core PST business hours.

Responsabilités

• Craft, build and manage budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis; publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate variances from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics for performance measurement.
• Assess deviations from targets and provide insights to leaders.
• Create materials and metrics for senior management presentations.
• Develop communications that facilitate decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
