Paylocity is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support enterprise financial performance through advanced modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in a fully remote role within the U.S. You will partner with senior leaders to inform decisions on revenue optimization, headcount, and cost management in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate finance experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Big 4 background strongly considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows.
• Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Support monthly and quarterly close with advanced analyses and review work of junior analysts.
• Maintain and analyze key financial metrics and ratios to assess performance and profitability.
• Present financial insights, pricing recommendations, and strategic analyses to senior leadership.
• Coordinate financial approvals and governance processes as assigned.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales, HR, Marketing, and Operations on cross-functional initiatives.
